“Being born and raised on the Island of Hawaii, I was inspired in creating this cocktail to reflect the culture and flavors of Hawaii. From the luscious fruit flavors of the pineapple, to the rich red color and floral notes of hibiscus, Hawaii's state flower. This all ties together to reflect an attractive and flavorful cocktail, resembling a volcanic eruption.” —Noelani

Featured Wine; Weingut Michlits Frizzante Rosé (Pinot Noir)

When Angela and Werner Michlitsch, the owner and winemaker of Weingut Michlits in Austria, celebrated their wedding— they wanted to serve their guests something unique and special. So they used part of their Pinot Noir harvest to make a refreshing, delicious 100% organic rose Frizzante with flavors of wild strawberries, herbs, mint and raspberry. The feedback was so positive, that they decided to turn this originally intended one-time production into one of their signature wines. Cheers to Angela and Werner, may their marriage last a very long time—so we can enjoy this tasteful treat for many warm afternoons to come.
